If you are not happy for ANY reason please contact the executive office which goes directly to the owner's inbox with the reason for your dissatisfaction. You can email them directly at email@example.com and label your subject line 'COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION'.
You will be reached out to in the next 48 hours by one of our executive staff members and we will work together to try and reach a resolution to your complaint. You can also fill out the contact us form to the executive department with the same subject line!
Please keep in mind that we cannot fix what we do not know! So even if you have suggestions for easier navigation or products you'd like to see more of then please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We always want to hear from you!
