Most products can be returned within 15 days. Items must be returned in original packaging and in the condition it was received. If the product you purchased has a FREE RETURN sticker at the top of the page under the Product/Shipping Details tab, then we will cover the costs of returning the item to us. If there is not a free return sticker located at the top of the product/shipping details page, then you can still return the product, but you would be fully responsible for the cost. It is also EXTREMELY important that you use the size guide for the item you purchase. We provide measurements and guides for every product that includes a size. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing unless the item has a 'Free Return' sticker. It is your responsibility to use the size guides and charts and order the correct size. We sell to multiple Countries, so it's important that you use the measurements and don't just order your size out of habit.

Shipping costs are completely FREE with no minimums and no monthly fees. Shipping Times vary depending on the Country you reside in and depending on which warehouse the product is being shipped from. The BEST way to find out the shipping time for the product you are ordering or have already ordered is to click on the Product/Shipping Details tab at the top of the window and then click on your Country's flag. Please keep in mind that there is an additional 7 day processing time in addition to all shipping times.Once the item you ordered has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number & the tracking page. Please keep in mind that we use 3rd party shipping companies and once the item is shipped we are not responsible for the delivery times. We do not provide refunds if the shipping timeframes are breached, as this is totally out of our control, and we rely on the shipping company to provide us accurate shipping timeframes.
